I found those by looking through tumblr archives. Some of those pics date back to September 2010. So I'd look through archives from 2010 to 2012 of tumblrs she's submitted pictures to or any tumblr you think her pics might've ended up in.
Another way would be to try and get her photobucket if you can find her myspace.
Looking through archives is tedious as fuck, but her tattoos do make her a little easier to spot. It's worth it if you really want to find specific nudes. And in this case with Sara, the answer is FUCK YES. Lol
